Cookie Policy for Train To Negotiate
Effective date: October 22, 2026
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser to remember information about your visit. Websites can also keep similar information in the browser's local storage. This policy covers both and explains what Train To Negotiate stores and how you control it.
What we store, and why
Needed for the Service to work (always on)
- Sign-in tokens (local storage): keep you signed in between visits. Removed when you sign out.
- Your analytics choice (local storage): remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies, so we don't ask on every visit.
- Bot protection (Google reCAPTCHA): on the sign-in and registration forms, Google may set cookies to tell people from automated abuse.
- Payments (Stripe): when you subscribe or manage your subscription, Stripe's checkout and billing pages may set cookies for fraud prevention and to complete the payment securely.
- Sign in with Google: if you use it, Google may set cookies needed for that sign-in.
Analytics (only if you click Accept)
When you first visit, a bar at the bottom of the page asks whether we may use analytics cookies. Nothing is loaded until you answer, and Reject is as easy as Accept. If you accept:
- Google Tag Manager loads our measurement tags. It does not itself set tracking cookies, but it loads Google Analytics, and your interactions may involve data being sent to Google. Google Tag Manager use policy
- Google Analytics collects how the site is used, such as which pages are visited and for how long, to help us improve it. How Google uses this data
We never send sign-in links or match identifiers to analytics, and we use no advertising cookies.
Changing your choice
To change your analytics choice, clear this site's data in your browser (or its local storage
entry t2n_analytics_consent); the bar will ask again on your next visit. You can also block
or delete cookies in your browser settings, though blocking the necessary ones may stop
sign-in or payments from working.
